Why pick this ride?

Experience two full days of Northern California’s stunning coastal scenery and twisty mountain roads, the local way, departing and ending in San Francisco. Enjoy the best of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Pacific Coast Highway, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, and the Sierra de Salinas. Stops include: iconic biker hangouts, photo opps both majestic and quirky, and delicious food. We’ll spend the evening in the quintessentially charming Carmel-by-the-Sea, where you can enjoy the region’s world-famous wines and cuisine with your new riding friends.

The Adventure:

We start the journey in San Francisco with a safety briefing at a local coffee shop, and then make our way south to play in the Santa Cruz Mountains, home to some of the best twisty roads in California. We’ll enjoy lunch at an iconic biker hangout at a crossroads in the middle of the mountains and strike random conversations with other motorcyclists. We continue our journey south via scenic Route 1, passing surfing capital Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay, finally landing in the charming town of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

The next day, we venture inland inside the scenic Carmel Valley (twisty roads and sweeping views of vineyards and mountains). We will then begin our return to SF, and time permitting, we will include more twisties and coastal roads to make the ride home as enjoyable as its start.
